Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations to which attention needs to be focused. In order to keep things at a good level and to be able to assess them, we would therefore like to ask you to report any malfunctions, technical defects and/or cleaning complaints to the reception as soon as possible.

With your accommodation key you received a pass from us with which you can open the barrier between 07.00 and 23.00 hours.

You can park one car at your accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the large car park at the entrance of the park.

Because of the child friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive over the park at a walking pace. Please respect the signposts.

Pets are certainly welcome at EuroParcs. We have selected special pitches and accommodations for this purpose. A pet is allowed on every pitch (no special pitches). Pets may only be let out outside the park. In the unlikely event that your pet does need to go out on the park, dog poop bags are available free of charge. These are hung in various places on the park and can be collected from the lobby.

Visitors are always welcome. There is no visitor fee, but we kindly ask you to register your visit in the lobby and leave your car in the car park. Visitors who are not registered can be addressed by the park staff. Visitors are allowed to use the swimming and beach pool. As a park guest, you are responsible for your visit.

In all sanitary buildings you can use hot water for washing up and showering free of charge. Please report any malfunctions to the reception as soon as possible. Keep it tidy, every guest likes a building to look fresh and clean.

We ask that you dispose of your household waste yourself in the appropriate containers. These are located in the environmental street in the middle of the park.

Your mail is in the lobby. Except on Mondays and Sundays, it is delivered daily around 15.00 hours. Outgoing mail can be dropped off at the lobby.
Large parcels cannot be accepted at the reception due to lack of space. We accept parcels smaller than 50x30 cm. In addition, we are not allowed to just sign for parcels.

During the school holidays there is a recreational programme waiting for you in the lobby. For information about activities in the region, please visit the lobby or check this app under the heading surroundings.

Be careful with fire at all times. Setting up an open fire is therefore forbidden. It is permitted to set up an extra tent on the pitch you have rented. Placing a party tent is not permitted. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is no specific supervision at the swimming pools, recreational pond and playground equipment. Parents must - also here - look after their children themselves.

You can use our WiFi network for free at our park. The password is *europarcs*. In addition, each accommodation also has its own router. The password can be found in the kitchen cupboard.

Yes, in our laundromat a number of washing machines and dryers are available 24/7. Payment is very easy with a debit card. Instructions are posted at the door of the laundromat.

Yes, for all daily shopping you can go to our park shop. We have freshly baked rolls every day, bread from the real Baker, fruit, dairy products, soft drinks, ice creams and much more. We also have various other items: from badminton rackets and soccer balls to games, a fire block or umbrella.

Dogs are welcome at our park! However, the dog must be leashed. Scattered throughout the park there are waste bags to clean up dog waste. These can be thrown away in the general waste bins. This way we keep it clean for everyone!

Yes, EuroParcs de Zanding is also easy to reach by ov. From Arnhem station to EuroParcs De Zanding. At Arnhem station, take bus 105 (direction Barneveld via Otterlo). Get off after +- 30 minutes at the bus stop ''De Zanding'' in Otterlo. Follow the Vijverlaan to the reception of EuroParcs De Zanding (about 4 minutes walk).

At our vacation park you can easily order barbecue and gourmet packages. The barbecue or gourmet set is included, so you can enjoy it without any hassle. There are several packages available, so there is something for everyone!

Yes, during the school vacations the Fun Crew and/or the Fun Heroes organize the most fun activities for children aged 4 to 12.
