What to do on departure?
On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock.
- Leave the accommodation tidy.
- Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
- Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
- Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations to which attention needs to be focused. In order to keep things at a good level and to be able to assess them, we would therefore like to ask you to report any malfunctions, technical defects and/or cleaning complaints to the reception as soon as possible.
With your accommodation key you received a pass from us with which you can open the barrier between 07.00 and 23.00 hours.
You can park one car at your accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the large car park at the entrance of the park.
Because of the child friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive over the park at a walking pace. Please respect the signposts.
Pets are certainly welcome at EuroParcs. We have selected special pitches and accommodations for this purpose. A pet is allowed on every pitch (no special pitches). Pets may only be let out outside the park. In the unlikely event that your pet does need to go out on the park, dog poop bags are available free of charge. These are hung in various places on the park and can be collected from the lobby.
Visitors are always welcome. There is no visitor fee, but we kindly ask you to register your visit in the lobby and leave your car in the car park. Visitors who are not registered can be addressed by the park staff. Visitors are allowed to use the swimming and beach pool. As a park guest, you are responsible for your visit.
In all sanitary buildings you can use hot water for washing up and showering free of charge. Please report any malfunctions to the reception as soon as possible. Keep it tidy, every guest likes a building to look fresh and clean.
We ask that you dispose of your household waste yourself in the appropriate containers. These are located in the environmental street in the middle of the park.
Your mail is in the lobby. Except on Mondays and Sundays, it is delivered daily around 15.00 hours. Outgoing mail can be dropped off at the lobby.
Large parcels cannot be accepted at the reception due to lack of space. We accept parcels smaller than 50x30 cm. In addition, we are not allowed to just sign for parcels.
During the school holidays there is a recreational programme waiting for you in the lobby. For information about activities in the region, please visit the lobby or check this app under the heading surroundings.
Be careful with fire at all times. Setting up an open fire is therefore forbidden. It is permitted to set up an extra tent on the pitch you have rented. Placing a party tent is not permitted. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is no specific supervision at the swimming pools, recreational pond and playground equipment. Parents must - also here - look after their children themselves.
You can use our WiFi network for free at our park. The password is *europarcs*. In addition, each accommodation also has its own router. The password can be found in the kitchen cupboard.

From central station in Arnhem to EuroParcs de Zanding.
When you are at Central station in Arnhem, you have to take bus 105 (direction Barneveld via Otterlo) After circa 30 minutes u will arive at the busstop 'de Zanding' in Otterlo. You should get out of the bus at this stop. When standing at the busstop you have to follow 'vijverlaan' to get at the lobby of EuroParcs de Zanding. After a walk of circa 4 minutes you will arive at Lobby de Zanding
From EuroParcs de zanding to central station in Arnhem.
Follow from the lobby the 'vijverlaan' until you cross the 'arnhemseweg'.On the left side you will see the busstop which is called ' de Zanding'. You have to take bus 105 to Arnhem CS ( Central Station) After Crica 30 minutes you will arive in Arnhem at Central Station.
From station Ede-Wageningen to EuroParcs de Zanding
When you are at station Ede-Wageningen, you have to take bus 108 ( direction Apeldoorn). After circa 17 minutes you will arive at busstop 'Rotonde' in Otterlo. At this stop you have to get an other bus which is bus 105 ( direction Arnhem CS via Otterlo). After circa 2 minutes you will arive at busstop 'de Zanding' in Otterlo. You should get out of the bus at this stop. When standing at the busstop you have to follow 'vijverlaan' to get at the lobby of EuroParcs de Zanding. After a walk of circa 4 minutes, you will arive at Lobby de Zanding.
From EuroParcs de Zanding to station.
Follow from the lobby the 'vijverlaan' untill you cross the 'arnhemseweg'. On the left side you will see the busstop which is called 'de Zanding'. You have to take bus 105 (direction Barneveld via Otterlo). After circa 2 minutes you will get at busstop 'Rotonde' you should get of the bus here and take an other bus which is 108 ( direction station Ede-Wageningen) After circa 17 minutes you will arive at 'station Ede-Wageningen)
